We offer competitive salary and benefits and believe that work-life balance is key to productivity.
To us, working at HSI® isn’t just a job. It’s about living out our passion for helping people perform better.
We care about what we do and are committed to doing it well. We are detailed planners and pride ourselves on adapting to any situation. We value the relationships with our clients and we work hard to earn and keep their confidence.
We go where we need to go to answer our clients’ questions. Sure, we do lots of office work and science-type stuff, but we don’t just test in a lab. Our experts march with soldiers, work with seniors, and train with emergency responders. Whatever it takes, we get the job done.
Our belief in putting people first is expressed both through our work and through our community contributions. Although we strive not to be overly competitive, our company soccer games and the 1000 lbs. of non-perishables collected during our food drives suggest otherwise. We’re ok with that.
We uphold high ethical standards in our research and in the conduct of our business.
